Buying online:
We want your purchase with us to be as easy and
smooth as possible. Once you have selected your purchase from our
extensive range of rugs, you will be transferred to our secure payment
processor to complete your transaction. Once your order has been
confirmed you will receive two emails, one from Rug Factory confirming
your order details and one from Protx confirming that your payment
for the order has been received. Then all you have to do is sit
back and wait for your new rug to be delivered to your doorstep
free of charge.
Delivery:
Delivery is free to any address within the UK mainland.
Our professional couriers will handle your purchase with care and
it will arrive securely packaged in a plastic cover. Whilst we must
advise you should allow up to 21 days for deliveries, we aim to
dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and delivery is usually
within 10 working days. A delivery charge of £20 will be added
to all orders made from Northern Ireland.
Cancellations:
All purchases have a statutory 7 working days “cooling
off” period. You may cancel your order prior to receiving
delivery within 7 days of placing the order by emailing or phoning
us. If you wish to return your purchase once delivery has been taken,
you must inform us by email or phone within 7 days of the delivery
date. Once we confirm acceptance of your return you must securely
package your purchase and return to us within 10 working days at
your own expense. Once we receive the return, and providing it is
in pristine condition and not worn, we will issue a full refund
less a 5% handling fee.

Faulty Goods:
In the unlikely event that a rug is delivered damaged
or faulty, we will happily exchange the rug or refund your purchase.
If upon arrival you notice external damage please do not accept
delivery and our couriers will return the rug to us.
If a purchase is internally damaged or faulty please advise us via
email or phone within 7 days of receiving the rug. Please repackage
the rug ready for our couriers to collect. Once we have received
and inspected the rug we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Any damage reported after 7 days of receiving the rug is not covered
and you will not be able to return the rug.
